The Young Living’s RutaVala travels everywhere with me when I plan on sleeping away from home. It helps me to relax both my body and mind when I can go to sleep. The smell is not a favorite of mine, so I put it on the bottom of my big toe; however, I am beginning to actually like this unusual aroma somewhat. RutaVala comes in a roll-on applicator, which makes it very easy to apply. The RutaVaLa Roll-On is a blend, made up of three oils.

Single Oils found in RutaVala:

Valerian Essential Oil – This oil has the effect of a powerful sedative effect and was once called “all heal.” Common uses for this oil are Angina, anxiety, insomnia, and sleep. Valerian is calming, relaxing, grounding, and balancing.

Lavender Essential Oil – Lavender oil has a long list of uses ranging rom allergies to lowering blood pressure. It is known traditionally to balance the body and work where needed. It helps to relax muscles, ease tension and stress, and promotes healing.

Ruta graveolens Essential Oils – When used aromatically, this oil is very relaxing and is said to increase drowsiness.
