Christmas Spirit10.15.18- Meredith Liggio
Last Christmas, I diffused Christmas Spirit Essential Oil throughout the holiday season, but just recently I realized that there is more to this oil than what “meets the eye!” A friend of mine scanned Christmas Spirit as her top oil with my new iTOVI scanner.
Christmas Spirit is a blend of Orange, Cinnamon Bark, and Spruce Essential 0ils. This oil is said to enhance the feeling and memory of special times. It can also be very helpful in protecting oneself against bacterias and airborne viruses as it contains very powerful antiseptic and antiviral oil.
Let’s take a look at the single oils contained in this blend to learn a little more about what it can do.
Orange Essential Oil has properties of both antiseptic and antidepressant. If you need the feeling of a little “sunshine” in your life to chase away gloomy thoughts and depression, this oil is the one to reach for. It is said that Orange may help one have a more positive outlook on life along with peace and happiness.
Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil is part of the formula the Lord gave Moses (Exodus 30:22-27) to create a holy sanctuary oil. Cinnamon Bark is a powerful purifier and oxygenator and is said to enhance the action of other oils. It may stimulate the circulatory system or bring about feelings of joy. It has properties of antiseptic, antibacterial, and antiviral.
Spruce Essential Oil grounds the body and creates a feeling of balance. It is warming, healing, uplifting, and soothing and may also help relieve anxiety and work as an antiseptic.
The uses of Christmas Spirit range from holiday diffusing to air purification. A drop of this oil can be placed on the crown of the head or worn as a perfume.
So, now you know, you don’t have to wait for Christmas to purchase this versatile essential oil, you can use Christmas Spirit any time of year.
