DIY Facial Toner
04.12.18- Michele TroxlerA toner is a great addition to your skin care routine. While it deep cleans any excess dirt or makeup, it also helps minimize your pores. Even if I don’t wear makeup that day, I end it with cleaning my face with a toner.
Give these DIY toners a try:
essential oils toner
- 2-ounce jar
- 1/4 cup witch hazel
- 6 drops essential oil
- Frankincense essential oil for normal skin
- Geranium essential oil or Tea Tree essential oil for oily skin
- Myrrh essential oil for dry skin
- 6 drops Lavender
Add all ingredients into the jar and shake.
Rose petals toner
- 2-ounce jar
- 1/3 cup witch hazel
- 1/4 cup dried rose petals or buds
Combine witch hazel and roses in the jar, and let them soak for 48 hours. Make sure all rose pedals/buds get wet. After, strain the witch hazel and squeeze any access liquid from the roses.
