Liquid Laundry Detergent

• 3 Tbs borax
• 3 Tbs Arm and Hammer washing soda
• 3 Tbs Dr. Bronner’s Liquid Castile Soap
• 3 Tbs Thieves® Household Cleaner
• 1 Capful Mrs. Smiths Bluing Agent
• 2-3 drops Thieves® essential oil
• 4-6 drops Purification®essential oil
• 4 Cups boiling water
• Purified water – room temperature
• Half gallon jug

Put all ingredients (except water) in just and shake a bit to mix. Add boiling water and give it a little shake with the lid off until everything is mixed well. Add room temperature water to fill line – not all the way. Keep lid off until cool. Once cooled shake it up again.

Use 1/2 to 1 cup per load depending on size of load. Safe for HE washers.

Powder Laundry Detergent

• 2 cups Arm and Hammer washing soda
• 2 cups borax
• 1 cup baking soda
• 1 bar Fels-Naptha
• 20 drops Purification®

Use 1/8 to 1/4 cup per load depending on size of load. Safe for HE washers.

Fabric Softener

• Empty 1 gallon vinegar bottle
• 1 cup baking soda
• 1 cup white vinegar
• Water
• 10 drops of your favorite YL oil (Thieves®, Lavender, Purification, Sandalwood, Abundance etc.)

Mix baking soda with 1 cup water in vinegar bottle. Mix well to dissolve. Slowly add vinegar (will bubble and fizz). Add water and essential oils and fill to the neck of the bottle. Mix well.

Add 1/3 cup to fabric softener dispenser. May also be used in spray bottle to spritz and freshen dryer contents.

Rug/Carpet Freshener

Mix 5 drops of your favorite EO (Purification, Citrus Fresh, Bergamot, Tea Tree & Eucalyptus Globulus) with 1 cup of Baking Soda. Sprinkle over carpet, let sit 30 minutes and vacuum thoroughly.

Stain Remover

1 capful of Thieves® Household Cleaner plus 6 cups of water.  Soak clothing in mixture in a bowl or add this mixture to a spray bottle to use as a spot cleaner.
