- 1/8 cup honey
- 3/4 cup raw sugar
- 1/8 cup olive/almond/grapeseed oil
- 10 drops Stress Away
THIN MINT DIFFUSER BLEND
- 4 drops Stress Away™
- 2 drops Peppermint
SPRITZ THE STRESS AWAY
- 2 tablespoons witch hazel in a 2-ounce spray bottle
- 9 drops Stress Away™
- 3 drops Peppermint
- Fill the rest with distilled water.
