WELLNESS SUPPORT CAPSULE
- 1 drop Thieves®
- 4 drops carrier oil
CLEANING SPRAY
- One tablespoon of witch hazel in an 8-ounce spray bottle
- 10-15 drops Thieves®
- Fill rest with distilled water
BIRDIE’S WIPES
- In an 8-ounce container, mix up the same ingredients as the cleaning spray.
- Cut a Viva paper towel roll in half.
- Pour mixture over the paper towel roll.
