I just got back from a reunion with some dynamic girls that I went to college with in the 60’s. We get together every year in Gulf Shores and don’t skip a beat taking up from when we we saw each other the last time. Much sharing and togetherness goes on while we are at the beach.
When I arrived this year, I started hearing, “You have lost so much weight!,” followed by “What have you been doing?” Well, that isn’t quite correct because I have a new haircut and that’s what they noticed first, but eventually they noticed that I had lost weight. And this is what I told them.
I lost weight when I got my Fitbit and began walking. My goal was set at 10,000 steps. As I walked and reached my goal each day, I began to feel better and lose weight. But the real clincher for me was when I included Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar “with the mother” in my daily routine.
First thing in the morning, I heat up a cup of water and add one teaspoon or two of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar. Next, I add a drop or two of Young Living Lemon Vitality Oil. I think the secret is in the combination of these two ingredients. The warm water first thing in the morning helps flush the digestive system and rehydrate the body. The Lemon Vitality boosts the digestive system and encourages natural cleansing. And as an added plus, it curbs my appetite.
If for any reason, your stomach feels a little acidic, just back off for a few days and start over when you are able. I had a stomach virus this year and waited for a week or so before beginning my morning ritual again.
